David has nearly two decades of experience working with high-growth companies as a venture capitalist, strategic planner and financial officer. Most recently he served as the chief financial officer of The Receivables Exchange. Prior to The Receivables Exchange, David was the CFO at Avisena, a Miami-based revenue-cycle management company. He also has been a venture capitalist with Constellation Ventures and Prospect Street Ventures, where he helped lead investments in 24/7 Media, K12 Inc., and Capital IQ. He began his career in New York as an analyst with JP Morgan and Union Bank of Switzerland.
David is a graduate of Harvard University, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
